To request a refund, contact us via e-mail or submit a request through your Flensted Mobile Gallery account. Log into your account, select "completed orders," and select "return item(s)." Once you've submitted your request, you'll receive instructions for returning your order.

To receive a refund, you must contact us within 30 days from the time your mobile was received. You may return your order for in-store credit OR refund it for the full purchase price, less shipping costs. Your returned mobile must be in re-sellable condition. Refunds will NOT given on items that were damaged in the return shipping process. To prevent damage en route, please package your items carefully.

If your mobile arrived damanged, please contact us immediately request a replacement.


Many orders ship within 1-2 business days. Check each product's "availability" in the product description for an estimated shipping timeframe. If you need anything in a hurry, be sure to contact us via phone or e-mail to discuss your timeframe. We're often able to rush orders when necessary.

We ship via USPS Priority International, which takes about 6-10 business days for delivery to most international destinations, depending on customs, shipping reliability within your country, and other factors beyond our control. USPS contracts with local delivery agencies within each country, so please check USPS.com for more information on delivery within your country.
